how to delete your lil friends account and the data tied to it.

delete from within the app

the quickest way, whenever you can still open the app:

1. open lil friends and make sure you're signed in (Apple or Google).
2. go to menu → account.
3. tap delete account and confirm.

your account and data are deleted immediately once you confirm.

delete without the app

if you can no longer get into the app, email hello@lilfriends.app from the address linked to your account (or include your Apple / Google sign-in email) and ask us to delete your account. we'll verify ownership and delete it within 30 days.

what's deleted

• your account and sign-in — Apple / Google links are removed and the Apple grant is revoked.
• your profile and saved pets.
• photos you uploaded and every AI portrait generated for you.
• your subscription entitlement record and any remaining credits.

what's kept, and for how long

• an anonymized one-way hash of your sign-in identity is kept indefinitely to prevent abuse — for example, deleting and re-registering to re-claim one-time offers like the free first portrait or referral rewards. it can't be used to identify you or to sign back in.
• if you referred other people, the credit already given to them stays, but your link to it is removed.
• limited server logs may persist for a short period for security and fraud prevention.

your subscription

deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. subscriptions are billed by Google Play (or the App Store) and must be cancelled there — on Android: Google Play → payments & subscriptions → subscriptions.
