lil friends creator tool — Terms of Use

These terms cover the creator tool at https://create.lilfriends.app, operated by Lil Friends, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By signing in and using the tool, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

The creator tool is a separate service from the lil friends mobile app, which has its own Terms and Conditions. Using this tool does not create an app account.

Summary

• The tool is for people taking part in a lil friends creator campaign, to make lil friends images.
• You own the images you generate. You can use them however you like, including commercially.
• You also give us permission to use those images for our own business and marketing. That permission is worldwide, ongoing, and free of charge, and it does not stop you using them too.
• There is a limit of 35 images per day per person.
• We can take away access at any time.

1. Who this is for

The tool is provided for people participating in a lil friends creator campaign, for the purpose of making images featuring lil friends artwork. Access is personal to you — do not share your sign-in, and do not use the tool on someone else's behalf.

2. Your images

You own the images you generate. Nothing here takes that away, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.

You give us permission to use them too. By generating an image with this tool, you give us permission to use, edit, reproduce, share, and promote that image, and the pet photo it was made from, for our own business and marketing purposes — including on our website, in app store listings, in advertising, and on social media.

That permission is:

• worldwide — it is not limited to any country;
• ongoing — it continues after you stop using the tool, and it survives our ending your access. Once we have published something in reliance on it, we do not have to take it down;
• free of charge — no payment is owed to either of us for it; and
• non-exclusive — it does not stop you, or anyone you license the images to, from using them.

We may credit you when we use an image, but we are not required to.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos you use — that they are yours, or that you have permission from whoever took them and whoever appears in them.

3. Acceptable use

Do not:

• upload photos you do not have the right to use, or that show a person who has not agreed to it;
• upload or attempt to generate sexual content, content involving minors, hateful, harassing, violent, or illegal content;
• use the tool to make images that misrepresent lil friends, or that suggest a partnership, endorsement, or statement we have not made;
• work around the daily limit — including by signing in with more than one email address;
• automate, scrape, resell, or provide access to the tool as a service to others; or
• attempt to interfere with the tool or access parts of it you were not given.

Photos and scene text are automatically checked before generation, and flagged requests are refused. That check is not a judgement that anything else is permitted — these rules apply regardless of what an automated check does or does not catch.

4. Limits

There is a limit of 35 generated images per person per day, and a short-term rate limit to prevent bursts. We may change these limits at any time.

5. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, including if we think these terms have been broken or the tool is being misused. You can stop using it at any time. Section 2 (your images) survives.

6. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available." Generated images are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose. We do not promise the tool will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

We do not store your photos or your generated images. Once you close the tab they are gone. Download anything you want to keep — we cannot recover it for you.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the tool. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy

The Creator Tool Privacy Policy explains what we collect and keep.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email at the address you signed in with. Continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept it.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer whose home country's law gives you mandatory rights to sue, or be sued, there or under that law, those rights are unaffected. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
